During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update it if any details change. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
ct999f requires KYC verification to unlock full account functionality, including withdrawals. KYC documentation typically includes a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport (front and back, clearly legible). Additional documentation — such as proof of address or payment method verification — may be requested at ct999f's discretion, including for enhanced due diligence reviews on higher-value accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ct999f will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login details. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact ct999f support immediately.
All transactions on ct999f are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits are credited to your ct999f wallet following successful processing by the relevant payment provider. ct999f does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts — deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller, subject to availability. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

ct999f reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any withdrawal request pending fraud review, bonus wagering requirement verification, or regulatory compliance checks. Users who attempt to withdraw Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will have those Funds forfeited.
All bets placed on ct999f — including cricket betting markets, live casino wagers, and slot machine spins — are final once confirmed by the Platform. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or modified after placement except in the specific circumstances described in applicable game-specific or sport-specific rules.
ct999f reserves the right to void any bet in the event of: manifest error (including errors in odds or game data), system malfunction, evidence of collusion or match-fixing, or bet placement in breach of these Terms & Conditions. In the event a bet is voided, the staked amount will be returned to the user's ct999f wallet.
Regarding cricket betting specifically — ct999f covers PSL, international bilateral series, ICC tournaments, and other cricket markets. Bet settlement is based on official results as published by the relevant governing body. Abandoned or no-result matches are settled in accordance with ct999f's sport-specific betting rules, which are available within the betting section of the Platform.
Live casino games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and game shows — are governed by the rules of the respective game as communicated by the live dealer or on-screen interface during each session. In the event of a stream interruption during a live casino round, the outcome will be determined by the platform's technical logs where recoverable, or the round will be voided with stakes returned.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ct999f and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or gaming losses of any nature.
ct999f's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to ct999f in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ct999f does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. ct999f is not liable for any losses arising from such interruptions.
The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data provided by you in connection with your ct999f account and use of Services is governed by the ct999f Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
